You can bring anything that's on your mind. Common themes include anxiety, depression, identity exploration, coming out, discrimination, relationship difficulties, trauma, and general life challenges. Whatever you're facing, you're welcome here.

Do I have to be LGBTQIA+ to access counselling?
No — while Liverpool Queer Minds specialises in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, anyone who values an inclusive, supportive approach is welcome.

Counselling can provide a non-judgmental space to explore questions, concerns, and ways to offer affirming support.
